Build

together

GDG (Google Developer Groups) - JIIT128 (formerly known as GDSC), is a Google Developers program aimed at college students to help them build their mobile, web, machine learning, and cloud skills, among others. We are essentially a community with connections all over the world. Open to any student, from novice developers just starting out to advanced developers looking to enhance their skills further, we provide a platform for students to learn and collaborate in solving problems around them with the help of technology.

What do we do?

With our team's moto being "Giving Direction to Greatness", we help the students to climb mountains on their own, as high as possible. We conduct two flagship events, namely, Hackovation and ExploreML and various technical workshops, sessions, meetups and fun events as well.

Events

Hackathons

The idea of conducting hackathons is to make students code collaboratively from scratch to end with a working prototype.

Sessions

Small sessions for the students to showcase their projects, achievements and for getting to know about the current trends.

Study Jams

Study Jams are community-run groups for Developers. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced developer, you get to learn new things.

Meetups

Regular meetings are organised for the students who share the same technical interests, so they can get connected with each other.
